  Exercise Black Trapezium was a European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) commissioned exercise designed to explore the use of the Epidemic Intelligence Information System (EPIS) with selected members of the Food and Waterborne Disease (FWD) network in Member States, other countries and participants from within ECDC. The FWD Network was the first forum to be active on the EPIS and has been operational since the end of February 2010.
