Summary of the content
This presentation is part of a thematic session held at ESCAIDE 2025, titled ‘Global Epidemic Intelligence: strengthening early detection and assessment of public health events’. Effective Epidemic Intelligence requires global collaboration for the rapid detection, validation and assessment of public health events. This session will discuss methodological aspects of epidemic intelligence through the experience of international organisations, focusing on how each organisation works in partnership to ensure early detection and assessment of public health events.
